We humans weren’t meant to be still, and exercise and movement are important both to our physical and mental health. Learn how to safely and effectively exercise to boost energy. Whether you’re just getting started or jump-starting an existing practice, this session is for you.
A fitness expert will offer the tips and insights you need to make exercise a more-focused part of your day. And have fun in the process! From warm-up and cool-down tips to best exercises when you’re stuck at home, this session's insights will motivate us all to get and keep moving.
You can join this individual session for $25, or register for the complete three-part series and save ($60 for all three sessions – save $15).
